At Tesway Electric Bikes, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience, including reliable and efficient shipping services for our valued customers across Canada. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure transparency and satisfaction throughout the process. Below, you'll find detailed information regarding shipping times, costs, methods, and other important considerations.

Shipping Time

1. In-stock Items

In-stock items are typically delivered within 1-7 business days after payment confirmation (accessories are not included). The actual delivery times may vary depending on your location within Canada. To get an estimate of the shipping time for your area, please refer to our handy shipping map at the bottom of this page, which will provide you with an approximate delivery schedule.

2. Preorders

Preorder delivery dates are provided as estimates, and we do not guarantee exact delivery dates for these items.

3. Territories We Do Not Ship To

Currently, we do not offer shipping services to the Yukon Territory, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut, PO BOXES or APO. If you are an existing customer in these territories, please reach out to us directly at support@teswaybike.com to explore alternative servicing options.

4. Special Circumstances

Please note that special circumstances such as high-volume new product releases or restock days may occasionally result in longer shipping times. In such cases, we will communicate any delays on the respective product page and send a follow-up reminder via email.

Shipping Costs

1. Shipping is FREE for all e-bikes and items included in the same order.
2. Shipping is NOT FREE for only accessories and components orders.
3. Orders that include multiple bikes will typically be shipped together, minimizing shipping costs.

Shipping Method

We offer reliable shipping through UPS and Day&Ross, both of which provide free delivery services to all provinces across Canada. Once your electric bike ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. This tracking number allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment and obtain an estimated delivery date.

Important Notes

All electric bike orders require a signature at the time of delivery by the shipping provider.

Delivery dates are provided as estimates and may be subject to variations due to carrier delays, adverse weather conditions, supply constraints, high shipment volumes, or labour shortages.

Refused Shipments – Flat Fee

If you refuse delivery of an order you requested us to ship to you, Tesway Electric Bikes reserves the right to charge a flat fee of $120. This fee is intended to partially cover our shipping costs associated with the order. Please note that we are unable to modify, intercept, or cancel orders that have already been shipped. If you refuse delivery and the order returns to our facility, we will treat it as a return. In such cases, we will issue a refund for the purchase price via your original payment method, with a deduction of $120 to cover shipping-related expenses.
