Currently, we can only ship to the Canada. Please note that all of our products are tax-included in all 10 province and you do not need to pay additional taxes when purchasing from our Canada online store.

Order Processing Time
- It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.
- Generally, orders are shipped within 3-5 working days of order confirmation/payment. Orders made on the weekends might experience delay.
- Our warehouse only operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
Shipping costs
Free shipping for every order that includes a vehicle; if accessories are purchased separately, a shipping fee of 6.90-29.00 CAD will be charged depending on the actual situation.

TRACKING
- You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours,Click Here to Track Your Order). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.
- Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.
- If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.
EXCEEDED DELIVERY TIME
- Shipping may be subject to delays due to carrier delays, adverse weather conditions, supply constraints, high shipment volumes, or labor shortages. If your order is delayed, please contact us via email support@teswaybike.com and we will verify the situation with the shipping company in time. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Please note! We cannot modify, block or cancel orders that have already been shipped.
If you refuse delivery and the order is returned to our facility, we will treat it as a return.
In this case, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method and deduct $200 to cover shipping costs, so please confirm the shipping address before placing an order.
ABOUT TAX
In seldom cases, orders may be charged the customs fees by your government, not our site, you will be responsible for the charges. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have no control over the customs authorities in your country or any other. Contact your local customs office for more information about customs fees, duties, and taxes.
